I have to decide "what's right for me" and have such a hard time knowing what that is. The easy thing, and smarter financially is to stay. Not to mention my friendships there and the projects in which I'm professionally and personally invested. But I looked for other opportunities for reasons.

I waffle and waiver and have to decide this week. I should have decided when I got the offer but had to let it play out. I am deeply valued in current role and fantastic at my job. But I'd me amazing in the other too

I applied to several jobs between those two events. Turned down one offer, declined to move forward on another. And now I have one in considering and have spoken to my current job about.

I also have stuff to make muddy buddies and toffee cracker candy.

On Xmas: ham, corn casserole, mashed potatoes, heat and serve rolls, heating dressing I made and froze at Thanksgiving, gravy.

Tomorrow: Watergate salad (with cherries to make it Xmas), deviled eggs and maybe the pumpkin pies.
