I think after 2 episodes it's pretty clear that, without some radical course correction, Star Trek: Starfleet Academy is the worst trek series since Enterprise (though not as bad).

I was thoroughly baffled by some of the narrative decisions in Starfleet Academy last night.
Holly Hunter's character brings big Kindergarten teacher energy and I don't think that works for a captain?
Also why can't she sit in a chair properly?

I had a really detailed dream about going on a job interview, complete with meeting the enthusiastic owner, an extremely hostile developer and being shown a fancy coffee machine. Never found out what exactly I was interviewing for.

The quality of Letterkenny, Shoresy & Heated Rivalry can be debated but it's undeniable what these shows have done for 00's & twenty tens' Canadian Indie music in the present day.

Inside the box is a big insert that says, in big bold letters, "Hey don't give up right away! Give it 30 days!" Which makes me think this is a pricey impulse purchase for a lotta people.

If I didn't have to be considerate of others, I'm tempted to set my morning alarm to use a song that starts slow & chill but gets EXTREMELY VIOLENT 90 seconds in. Feels like a built-in "stop snoozing" feature.

The problem with being at a company for nearly 20 years is that some of your first tasks are of drinking age now & you've become the Nick Cannon of projects (& very absent).

Me (on project/family 8? 9? now): Ooooh. You're still around?
Script: Yeah.
Me: ... How's your mom?

It's extremely unfair that for all the sweat & tears it produces, core exercises net me the same gains on Fitbit as going to the fridge to grab a soda.

Last night I drank this willingly and as a survivor of the great Jones Soda Poutine tragedy, this gave it a run for the money. I've had Chocolate cola & Banana soda before but some flavors should be legally prevented from mixing.
