Vaccines save lives. So why has the U.S. Government canceled over $1.2 billion worth of contracts to develop mRNA vaccines?
The official word is that they want to invest in "whole virus" vaccines instead - but that's 100-year-old tech, takes longer to develop, & can't adapt to changing viruses.

The most important thing to know about the Bezos/Sanchez wedding is that Trump’s Big Ugly Bill would explode the debt, exacerbate economic inequality, and cause cruel and grievous harm to the most vulnerable Americans and we really should be talking about all of that a whole lot more.

The idea that we can "easily" overthrow the regime in Iran is a fantasy of people that have never served. Afghanistan is back in the hands of the Taliban after 20 years of slaughter. Iraq still isn't peaceful. Libya is a war zone that's been in civil war since we dropped bombs. History is screaming!
