Voluntary stewardship has failed. There's stricter regulations, but poorly enforced. We now know that SGARs are contaminating everything: songbirds, hedgehogs, slugs, sparrowhawks, species unrelated to rodent food chain.

Is the Gov. even aware that a "well managed grouse moor" involves the trapping of thousands of Stoats, in order that the maximum number of grouse can be blasted out of the sky on the Glorious 12th?
