We should be following Ireland and putting restrictions on buying Israeli Bonds or allowing our banks to fund Israeli settlements considered illegal under international law. Further to that we should place restrictions on any goods produced in these illegal settlements.

This ruinous debacle, born of cynical wedge politics, ties us to a corrupt failed state led by a madman - one divorced from the rule of law and which wants to use us as a landing strip for a war on our biggest trading partner. It is INSANE that there is no organised political opposition to AUKUS.

The eSafety Commissioner is investigating complaints about this but we can’t keep putting out spot fires. If Elon wants to push an unsafe product on our communities we need to act.
