Oof, that beat is sooo good!

Reminds me of a cross between 'In Dust We Trust' by The Chemical Brothers, 'Their Law' and '3 Kilos' by The Prodigy.

It could very much also appear on a track for FSOL's 'Dead Cities'.

I read Emily Maitlis's piece this morning and I'm lost for words.

"Our conviction: AI can be a value amplifier, never a substitute for human judgment. The heart of Qobuz is and will remain human: editorial curation, music expertise, content creation."

"This charter establishes our framework: how we use AI, where we draw our lines, and what commitments we make to our users and teams."
January 28, 2026 at 12:55 PM
"Artificial intelligence is transforming the music industry at an unprecedented pace. Faced with the explosion of AI-generated content and the legitimate questions it raises, Qobuz has chosen transparency."

Very nice indeed.

I’ve enabled all three options.

Thanks for the update.

Cool. Thanks for the extra info.

Sounds like I need to dig into McKintosh's back catalogue with AWB and beyond. I don't know much of his work other than the "famous" tracks by AWB.

I still have so much to learn about the world of drummers, funk & soul.

And clearly I didn't correctly search for "Shortin' Bread" 🫠

Ah yeah, I see! Thanks for sharing.

My Who Sampled search didn't search for "Three Pieces". I only searched for "The 3 Pieces" hence why I couldn't find it.

Aha, I hear what you mean.

I had to look up BDP and see that's "Boogie Down Productions".

And then found it on Who Sampled. Nice!
