I'm confused by her reference to opening a new segment of the Alaskan Way Viaduct this summer. The viaduct is gone now! The replacement project is done. That was an expensive project, and I wouldn't recommend listing that as a successful undertaking.

The selective enforcement by the Seattle's ethics director needs to stop. The former mayor used his position to actively campaign on numerous occasions without consequences but our new mayor got help from her parents for childcare and this comes out in her first month on the job? What a joke.
