I think a major part of the issue is that despite the conflict dominating our news so much since forever and that it‘s history is so well researched now it still hasn’t made it into most countries school textbooks (or has been removed again like in Israel).

It is bizarre that even in 2025, after decades of both Israeli New Historian revisionism and the gradual opening up of army archives, the persistence of the idea that the Palestinians essentially self-expelled themselves is still so strong. Morris himself is quite pro-Israel and admits it not true.

Als Ergotherapeut widmete Omar sein Leben der Hilfe für Patient*innen. Wir sind erschüttert und verurteilen diesen Angriff.
