Good morning.

The rain I was trying to save roses from the other week came pouring down out of the blue today and is supposedly going to last for days and days. I'm soaking wet but this beautiful bunch was worth it.

Being mistaken for a flower by a butterfly must be one of the highest compliments one can get.

Preparing for a week of rain by picking the most delicate roses that don't like getting their petals wet.

That's brave! I needed a calmer version so I just very gently swung to and fro but it still helped a teenytiny bit and I felt a brief internal giggle. ☺️

Brilliant. The world needs more good bubbles right now. I bought bubbles a couple of months ago. (I keep them on the piano and use them quite often.) Yesterday I took photos of beautiful sidewalk chalk paintings outside a house. I'll remember to buy popsicles next time I'm grocery shopping. 😊

You know it's spring when you're making rhubarb chicken for dinner. 😊

A friend went to work in Belgium for a few months. Today I recieved a celebratory package in the mail. It contained an art song CD, a lovely bar of soap and this Belgian beauty:
