Trump has proposed an advisory commission run by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy on Government Efficiency with the intent to cut huge amounts from the federal budget…except probably the bloated military budget that is over half the discretionary expenditure.

If RFK Jr. wants to find huge opportunities for the public well being, he can start with the 5000 Americans who die every week from “problems in hospitals” according to a peer reviewed study by Johns Hopkins School of Medicine physicians. That’s 250,000 lives a year. (Conservative estimate.)
