An update: I got a LOT of helpful feedback on my last sketch, so I was able to make a number of refinements to the figure. This is probably about as good as I'm going to get it.

Once I get the hair and face in place and make some adjustments to the ribbon-like fabric, the sketch should be done!

I think I can manage this much. 🥷

In due time, Pinster. For now, do what you need to do to navigate your way through the current storm you're facing.

Sorry that this is a thing for you, and I'm wishing you the best!

It was in CvS2 where I discovered this cool character (and most of the SNK cast, quite honestly).

It's indeed a great tribute to the character you've done here, and I can see Nishimura's inspiration quite well in your interpretation.

Great work!

I'd say just keep doing what you're doing. If you're really interested in improving, continue to post your art at various stages and see what feedback you can get.

Other than that, use your space as you see fit!

I'll play around with that! I haven't worked on the sketch in a couple days now, so there's still time to tweak the pose.

I appreciate the input!

Somewhat relatable to working at a grocery store and seeing someone grab a cart just as we're about to close for the night.

I REALLY do not miss those days.

I think I get your feelings about this one. It's certainly not your most dynamic piece ever, but the composition fits Lusamine as a character, and there are nice rendering and holographic effects going on.

Art's hard, and as much as we want to make each piece our best ever, every effort is a win.
