@profgalloway.com You mention in your recent Raging moderates podcast that the stimulus is what caused people to go out and buy homes, and I think that's wrong. A few thousand dollars wouldn't move the needle much on that. It was the .25% fed rate that did that. The spike timeline reflects this.
