I get these notices from Steam about games my friends are playing. I see pop-ups about one particular friend who seems to play games all day long.

Just now it said he was playing Just Cause 3.

I fought in Just Cause, and it in no way resembled this series of games.

Funny thing was, no, dude in his 20s served me. He didn't look like a Hilda for a few reasons.

"Hildr" is a common compound in kenning and several Valkyries' names, as you might imagine.

Anyway. Not big-huge synchronicity, but little things add up to a lot.

This week I made a point of regularly worshipping at the giantess's altar again, just trying to establish some grounding.

Synchronicity is resuming. Went to a cafe today, encountered an athletic giantess a head taller than me.

My receipt said I was served by Hilda (Old Norse, "battle, war").

Friend had a spare ticket, so we went out to Alamo Drafthouse and watched the restored version of 'Perfect Blue.'

I'd seen it a long time ago, and I knew it was a psychodrama, but clearly there were scenes that were wiped from my memory. Got to relive the ordeal all over again.
