v1.21.0 finally introduces a solution to not loose track of your conversations. Within notifications you now have a dedicated "Mentions" segment that will only host notifications for replies, mentions and quotes.
You can still find all other notifications in the "All" segment.

Here comes v1.19.3 / v1.19.4 (they’re basically the same - had to follow up with a quick fix release because of a crash in 1.19.3
Besides the changes in the screenshot there are some accessibility advances in the profile view of users plus the indicator in the timeline if you follow someone or not.
