De politie heeft een ambert alert uitgeven voor twee kinderen uit de omgeving Beerta in Groningen. Het gaat om twee kinderen, een jongen en een meisje van 10 en 8 jaar.ppVolgens persbureau ANP gaat het om een broertje en zusje. De politie is in de zoektocht naar de kinderen op zoek naar een grijze Toyota.ppVia een amber alert doet de politie een oproep aan iedereen om uit te kijken naar een vermist kind dat in levensgevaar is, bijvoorbeeld bij een ontvoering. Je moet een amber alert dus echt zien als het allerzwaarste middel dat we als politie inzetten bij vermissingen, legde een politiewoordvoerder eerder uit.ppAmber alert werd in 2008 ingevoerd in Nederland. De afgelopen jaren zette de politie dit middel zelden in.p
