Italian voice actor Carlo Bononi was the voice of all of the characters on Pingu. A trained clown by trade, he used a theater technique called grammelot, which consists of "speaking" in a mix of babbled gibberish noises. He improvised all the voices live and unscripted.

I've done some wellbeing stuff for parents and kids in our sessions, and although all of my grumpy brain thinks it should be bullshit, it's really good. Loads of stuff that's used for anxiety / panic, I think. Box breathing, finger tracing breathing and '5 things you see, 4 things you hear' etc.
