When he starts blithering on about battleships and coal and how tariffs are better than taxes, while denouncing solar power and EVs and windmills, it's just another goddamn reminder why Trump and his whole dinosaur generation needs to be out of power for good.

In my thinking, the GOP will never release Maxwell as long as they're in power. They know the second Maxwell is out she will bolt for a non-extradition country and sing like a fucking robin.

The Right has spent years trying to push a return to child labor and attacking age of consent laws. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that they’re exposing us to mountains of the most horrendous stuff imaginable while also normalizing it.

Even with this in mind, ICE will be stretched thin and in hostile territory (blue cities and states).

But they DO need to cover over 90,000 polling places in all 50 states @ territories. If you leave half of them to do their ACTUAL jobs, That’s 1.5 per polling station. Not terribly intimidating

This is risible. ICE is barely able to terrorize one city at a time: they would be spread out to non-existence. Not to mention the fact "being a poll-monitoring thug" is far outside their mandate, much like thier presence in Minneapolis.

Me neither. When they show previews of those two on TCM I'm all "man, that's trippier than BARAKA!" but I haven't actually seen them.

Either enact "plus-1, minus-1" or get rid of the body entirely.

Was thinking about "land shouldn't vote." This is the usual appeal to logic to MAGA dopes who love waving that damn red electoral map around, thinking it means they're the majority 'cos all the red voters live in the middle of nowhere.
