I maintain that I think Kiyoshi Kurosawa is the best person to adapt Silent Hill 2 to film. Kurosawa has this incredible ability to take rundown, grey, dull, empty places and create a palpable atmosphere around them that legitimately feels oppressive and hopeless.

It's clear from the literal first second of Return to Silent Hill, which features James speeding down the road in a muscle car while wearing a leather jacket and smoking a joint, that Christophe Gans fundamentally does not understand Silent Hill 2.

It's sad that when you click on the Aldi app's health food section the very first thing that pops up is protein enhanced ramen, followed by a bunch of other protein infused junk foods. You can toss as much protein into ramen as you want but it'll never be a health food. Come on lol

I don't know what the hell Capcom was thinking with that last section of Haunting Ground but it is fucking miserable and makes the game feel like it completely shits the bed right at the end. Great game aside from that but damn dude

I bought a bunch of new winter clothes over the summer (cheap af and I needed new clothes after the weight loss anyway) and I was so excited to wear them and turn l👀ks but I haven't even had the opportunity because it's been 80° all winter
