I can't stress enough the benefits of utilizing mute word/phrase filtering. You don't need to subject yourself to endless horrors. You don't need to parse through a bunch of posts about something you dislike or don't care about. You're not inherently "detached" or aloof for setting boundaries.

Too often when someone is in a mental health crisis, the inclination is to call the police. That isn’t gonna help anyone and frankly has led to some pretty dangerous and even deadly situations. A warm line is a free, confidential phone service that offers mental health support.
