Turns out he's been talking to other women since February. Now I reiterate, we weren't anything but shit has gone down between us which means I've been dragged up the garden path and the lies coming out today have made my head spin. He has said that he couldn't tell me cos he didn't want me hurt.

My life has turned upside down in the last 24 hours. I've had something going on with someone which ended officially 12 months ago. Since that time they've got with another, then gone back to try again with their wife.
I was classed as his "best friend" even though he knew my feelings. ##

Anxiety = feeling so sick for so long, my body has all but forgotten what foods don't turn my stomach. I've lost 16lbs since 21st Sept. This isn't the flex you'd imagine it to be. I can see why anxious people end up contemplating s**cide; not because they wish to d*e, but want some relief 😫😫😫
