Anyone find any good post-Christmas buys this year? I feel like Black Friday has finally fully taken the place of Boxing Day here now. I picked up some smart Christmas lights from Twinkly for next year but that’s it.

The Creator was so good! Original sci-fi that isn’t an adapted property, isn’t trying to setup a cinematic universe or do more than tell a great story. When and why did we get away from making movies like this? Worried I haven’t been hearing much buzz or seeing sold out showings. Worth your time.

How the heck are people not talking more about For All Mankind? It’s been out since 2019 and I’ve always been vaguely aware it exists…but man, did I miss the boat on this one. Streaming has destroyed the “watercooler” for all but the most mega mainstream shows.

Today was a fun first day of the week, is it the weekend again yet?
