These gloves were one of the few good parts of my ill-fated ski adventure a few years back. They're graded "water repellent" but kept my hands dry and warm the whole time. Good grip and not very bulky. I caught them on sale at a local outdoor shop --- North Face Apex Insulated E-Tips
