Affinity Studio combines Photo, Designer and Publisher into one free application with offline support and some gen AI features but can be toggled off.

It's now owned by Canva and they have to make money... So, now what's the catch? This doesn't make any sense

Working on some cliffs now! Rocks are hard.

Also if anyone was curious I actually hand drew the contour lines and map them using screenspace x axis and the height in the material.
