I tried playing it when it first came out, and couldn't make it 4 levels in

About a year later, I sat down with it again and 100% it in 2 weeks. My favorite switch game to this day

This all to say, only 2 games truly hooked me this year. Bananza and Nubby's Number Factory

Kirby Air Riders doesn't count, I started that directly on midnight January 1st

I loved Dk Bananza, I think mk world is solid, but i cant help but shake that they really want the new features to stand out more than the cohesiveness of the whole

2025 was a wash for me even playing games, I think I only beat like 4 total

I feel like I'm the "the party ended hours ago, but hes still dancing" guy, but genuinely I'm still baffled by TotK. It really opened my eyes in a way that it cant unsee the direction Nintendos been taking their games recently
