The word "Crenulation" popped in my head. An irregular perimeter that is serrated or wavy.
It reminds me of the coastline paradox, where the length of a coastline grows as the unit of measurement shrinks until the coastline is infinite.
Everything contains infinite multitudes. That's pretty rad.
