I never tried skylines, but sometimes I wonder if the citizens of Spud Francisco are still kayaking north in a sea of excrement and then getting stuck in traffic and loving it.

Agree on SC4, Cities XL was too easy. I got all the achievements in a city with comically awful traffic made of only one way streets most of which went north. It was powered by dam on an artificial reservoir made exclusively of sewage that also fed the river the waterfront was on.

This opinion is incorrect, sc3k kicked ass, and 4 was solid too. It was 5 that went to hell cause maxis got westwood'd
