It's per win, then you get more money higher up the league so 9th pays significantly better than 23rd - it also makes January easier - we need to play 2 games a week and we can rotate players and have different approaches against Sunderland - every game is important.

and every place is worth about £2m which is a huge return - Mackems are Sunday we have better players in every position and a stronger bench. We are taking every game seriously - anyone going for a winnable CL game resting players doesn't deserve to manage us.

Ah method 27 of how to make the formation harder to work out

oh yeah 4-3-3

Making the knockout without a playoff is massive - we rested well against Burnley and can rotate again if it goes well - the most important game is the next one - mackems can wait until Thursday

looks like they play 3 at the back so a front 3 that can play either side and through the middle might be key to disrupt things

The entire football world revolves around the M62 - what do you expect, they are the big clubs, big egos, big chips on their shoulders and also really really fragile - I mean who gets done twice on breaking a transfer record for an injury prone striker that stops scoring

What seems to be missing here is quite how many people from the upper classes in the 30's were very much supporting Hitler and the Nazi's and quite what happened to their kids etc. This is in no way a defence of Farage but the higher you go the greater the sympathy existed

In future I suspect like lots it will simply be noise
December 10, 2025 at 2:12 PM
It's unpopular I'll go with that - and expressing it around a group of fans who have just missed out on tickets at face value only to be pushed to a rigged resale market where the artist see's nothing would be an experience you should try.

Nice starting point for the Baltic Adjacent City.... Though the fact the walls are gone means my tour of Nelson's greatest victories is just going to be finding the nearest pub to the site of the assault once more - which is OK as Denmark has an excellent new brewery scene kicking off

He is doing amazing work there

I work for an American Company and any request to meet in person over there will be countered with a proposal for a safe 3rd country such as Cuba

I've done it by Bus and Taxi a few times in Paris and sat in endless queues of Traffic - unless they are working on the rail lines it's always been easier - changing trains is easy and much better than traffic

www.uber.com/gb/en/ride/t... Could that be something to do with Uber Selling Train Tickets?

Nope - I just expect our plans to be done in private - very little to change short term, be visible as it's really baked in to long term decisions & programs - many of these decisions are years off.

Anyway this all started by people wanting to get in a slanging match with Trump which is pointless
December 9, 2025 at 4:33 PM
feels like round in circles here - I expect our defence procurement and intelligence relationships to be under a level of review - I also expect decisions to be made based on all the factors etc including what else is available and what we are committed to - and to be very long term.
December 9, 2025 at 4:22 PM
So which plane would you put on them? I'm just going by all the write up's which make it really clear why we are at the point we are - a decision that was locked in years ago really.
Of course we could take the Australian approach with the Collins Class debacle
December 9, 2025 at 4:13 PM
where did the Veggie stuff come from? Bit mad there??
Just we are tied into decades long programmes that need a huge strategic effort to work out what happens next and what risks come with that - some of these decisions are at least a decade away
December 9, 2025 at 4:06 PM
The F35B Flies from the carrier - the point with the others was the F35A is one that fulfils a need other stuff doesn't - hence why this is long and complicated - if we are tied to the 35B as we built carriers without catapults we have a platform there.
December 9, 2025 at 4:04 PM
That is true - but the demands for performative stuff - which is what people are really wanting is just that - more performance and I fully expect people to be looking behind the scenes on decoupling - and I expect to know zero about it for the majority of that - we don't need a running commentary
