And alongside this there's been AI upskilling through the University of Glasgow, 42 Courses, and AI for Non-techies...pretty satisfying to hoover up all this knowledge and of course feed it into my communications consultancy, my strategic work for clients

My goal was to directly convert the time I used to spent on hiring, onboarding, 121s etc and other day-to-day running of the business into learning time, and invest in myself for a change!

Forgot to mention the UCL Behaviours Change course above too! That's the one I started with.

This was the first lockdown though, when it was all Blitz spirit, beautiful spring weather, and we thought it would all be over in a few weeks.

Not lockdown three, in January, which was all mental breakdowns and [shudder] homeschooling

On Thursday nights when we'd clap for the NHS, a chap a few doors down used to come outside and play his saxophone 😊

And the local artisan gin makers used to come round early evening like an ice cream van and deliver your order

Thank you! We'll make it to Buenos Aires but will reserve Brazil for another time. So much to explore!

So I had the honour of giving out the final awards on the night, for Lifetime Achievement and Overall Winner, which was pretty special. Such an incredible mix of business women there, great to be part of it
