I am so happy to see all the election results and seeing that people want to put a stop to the wave of fascism in the US. What is constantly frustrating however, is that we have to watch atrocities happen on our home soil FIRST before we take it seriously. PLEASE continue to vote everyone!

I totally understand wanting to pander to your base by picking a dumb issue and running with it. I still don't understand why vaccine hesitancy is the one the pres chooses when it's literally KILLING HIS BASE.

I feel the most neurodivervent when there is interpersonal conflict at work and I feel completely frozen and don't know how to phrase/handle the conflict in a way that doesn't cause more work for myself 🥴

It's so incredibly sad to see people on here not understand the point of DEI programs, the equal opportunity act, etc. This is a country built on racism and genocide and we were making just the smallest steps forward and we've already forgotten them. Especially women. They'll come for your jobs too.

A social media engagement tip: instead of saying "idk who this person is who died lol" you can say "a lot of people are talking about this, what did I miss" and people will def want to share and you don't come off like an edgelord
