Why did #JonathonRoss flee the scene? Where did he go? Someone needs to ask Kristi Noem, what is the protocol for a LEO who discharges their weapon while on duty. Is it proper procedure to get in your car & drive away? Shouldn't he turn in his weapon & get drug tested?
