In other words, I suspect everyone accepts the manifest absurdity of these specific boats being any kind of threat. They moved almost immediately to trying to widen the lens to an irrational degree (eg ‘the mere existence of possible links anywhere in the chain of drug import…” etc) 🤡

The Lyre Bird is a scary good mimic. I believe in this clip it’s mimicking the sound of a camera shutter-film advance (as seen in some documentaries). In nature areas proximal to auto parking, it also mimics the shutting of a car door and auto ignition turning 😊
