This gig im supposed to do on Saturday apparently has 30+ performers and they're refusing to put a schedule together until 10:30pm on the night of the show when everyone arrives.

Sort of update! I sent a really blunt and borderline bitchy email back because being nice about her selection and having faith she would figure it out didn't work for me. Being nice never works. What's she gonna do, give me my earrings back and not get a % from sales? Oh no!

The place I have earrings on consignment @ just asked to take them off their branded cards to "get more eyes on them" with their other earrings because they havent been selling well...but they won't let me replenish any until they're all sold. So im assuming they only have the most "upopular" choice

I returned an item to amazon and selected the option to refund me to my original payment method, got an email saying that it'll be refunded to my original payment method 2-4 hours after receiving my return.
Then they dump my refund in my amazon account balance. Had to contact customer support 🙄

I've been maintaining a decent (healthy) calorie deficit as well as doing a little weight lifting among other things and my scale has not BUDGED. I keep telling myself that it's just body recomposition but I wanna see those numbers go down too 😭

The stark difference between emailing with a fellow gogo manager and a venue is incredible. It should be a case study. The venue is nearly unintelligible and won't answer any questions straight up. And I don't they know what etc means?

Sooo I just discovered that a girl that my ex cheated on me with (and then married) runs all the event production for most of the large venues. I once emailed them asking about gogo jobs and I got back "it's about the music, we don't hire dancers for any of our events" and now that makes more sense

I have this mental illness that unless someone tells me that something is hard and specifically why, I automatically think I can learn to do it. And guess what? Most times I'm right. And then people are surprised and THAT'S when it clicks that maybe that thing *was* hard
