I NEVER complain about customer service because we all have bad days but this was well beyond just a bad day; I'm sorry you were a victim too 😫

I ended up calling and talking to another rep (after an hour on hold) and she listened to my full story, how mean this lady was, what REALLY happened and how it happened on the first leg of my travels (also with them)

I tried remaining nice and said "thank you so much, have a nice night" and got back a nasty "MMHHMMM". Needless to say, she lied in her report and I got offered a MEASLY $50 discount code for my next flight...

She stepped back with her lil tablet just AGHAST that I would give the same energy back to her. I finished explaining. She took 1 singular picture of the bottom of my bag (with the stickers on, where you can't see the damage at all) wrote her report and sent it off

She made the mistake of slapping "received damaged" stickers on it as well to keep things in. I go to report my bag as soon as I get to PDX and the bag agent was SO FUCKING RUDE to me and interrupted me to accuse me of bringing a broken bag to the airport. I said "whoa hang on just a sec"

That's exactly what I thought too! It looks like the backpack has a window in it, could you tell if there was a cat in there? It kind of looks like one of those hard shell backpacks they make as cat carriers. Super cool regardless imo! I wish I wasn't such a scaredy-cat so I could be that badass lol

Some people are cool as hell and we get to see them out and about 😆 lol

I have to say though it was really funny the difference in experience she and I had at the show. I don't think she's ever been the minority at an event before and she was for sure a little uncomfy the next day. I was thrilled though, felt like home; i was always friends with the hot cheeto girls 😆
