I would love if the therapy office im on a waiting list for would call back. I'm nervous and ready to just start. The last time I was on a list I chickened out and canceled my spot because it took forever.

Sometimes I wish I was better at making friends and maintaining them because I know i can't just rely on my husband to help me regulate but he's the only one im truly comfortable with.

If the rapture happens on Tuesday like a terrifyingly large amount of people on tiktok believe do the rest of us get the day off work? I wouldn't mind an extra day to celebrate my birthday.

Can we please stop telling people that fruit and certain veggies are unhealthy. Nobody gets sick from topping yogurt with fruit or adding an extra veggie into their day unless they're allergic to it.

Every now and then I forget that I am in fact lactose intolerant and eat full dairy yogurt every day for weeks thinking I'm fine, until the gods decide to remind me why I use dairy alternatives for everything. I am not a wise woman.

Is anybody else trying to not panic shop despite knowing the shelves are gonna be empty soon? And you're trying to prepare but also not hoard and the thought of going grocery shopping is anxiety-inducing again instead of fun?
