From a G2 perspective, releasing your own prop is *not* a best practice.

And when you FOIA a competitor’s winning prop, you typically receive heavily redacted (not by the bidder, but by the government) tech and mgmt volumes and no pricing tables.

Submitted proposals? Where’s the repository? I couldn’t find it.

Don’t make your IP available to your competitors. Request debrief and file a protest if your attorneys think that is prudent.
