This is a treasure I picked up yesterday from a Holiday craft market, from reclaimed fabrics.. I love satchels and earth tones and so it called my name for a laptop pouch.. 😁

Bit of both. Had a dream where it was given to me by another guide that no longer fit, as well as just being the animal I aligned most with and have the most affinity for. I have a bear paw as part of my first tattoo even. I'm just a big 'ol loveable mama bear. Could watch bears for hours.

It doesn't help that nearly every Nurse/Doc I have tries to use a too-small cuff (known to inflate readings by many peer reviewed studies) and puts it on way too tight. I'm starting to advocate for myself now of "Let me put the damn cuff on or use my own machine."

So every year I go in and pass every other aspect of the physical above/beyond, and then sit there for over an hour trying to get my BP down enough to pass while I'm stressing out in the clinic because "without this I CANNOT WORK" is absolutely a great way to get my BP down.. /s
