The line has not been used in over 5 years and we cancelled. So there is absolutely no way @tmobilesupport.bsky.social will every get us back as customers. Absolutely more corporate greed. Yes, @tmobilesupport.bsky.social, I am going to do my best to get my family to cancel their accounts.

Ago when my youngest lost her phone in a river. She got a new number and everything. They claim they have no documentation so they cannot refund. I told them it was their fault for not having documentation. We cancelled and got a new number. Nothing they can do they say, even though…..

I apologize in advance, but I have to rant. I cancelled my @TMobile account the beginning of November. I got the expected charge at the end of the month to close the account. Today I was charged $88.49. The reason—they claimed we had another line. We cancelled this line over 5 years….
