I ate some foods from a cafe that doesn't label the calories. I'll consider water fasting tomorrow.

I'm not sure I actually ate that much, but maybe I did. I cooked a can of salmon and I need the omegas, so I tried to make myself eat most of it.

LOL okay this was way off. The cals say 1000 calories, so I'll just estimate 1200 and make it OMAD.
