But still, health research and data infrastructure in the US got kneecapped *yesterday.*
As part of the HHS reorganization, all 17 staff who worked on the National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH), which tracked drug use and mental health in the US for over 50 years, were terminated yesterday. A significant blow to the US Data Infrastructure.
