This is probably gonna get hate, but while I’m glad that so many are out protesting, it’s sad that much of the increase in numbers is due to liberals who are only upset because their lives of comfort and privilege are threatened.

I’m sick, so more angry than usual, but seriously, here I am, a 69 yr old woman on social security, living in public housing, with no car, no money, and no influence, yet the situation demands that I, and others like me, work to save this country, while the people we elected are either complicit or

I’m sick. The water in my apartment was turned off. I have some legal problems. But I’m STILL more worried about fascism in this country that about any of that. I just want to get out.

The DOD purging pictures of black people from decades ago has NOTHING to do with DEIA, because it didn’t exist back then. It’s blatant, arrogant racism, and it absolutely turns my stomach. How have we fallen so far?

Does anybody know the status of federal section 8 payments to landlords? My landlord is dragging their feet about my recert, and I’m starting to get concerned. I tried to find altHUD, but i don’t know how to find people on here.
