Inflation is now down to like 10-20%, but poverty went from 30% to 50%. Prices stopped going up so fast, but everyone is poorer because the labor market is flooded with former government workers, so wages are suppressed.

I'm not trying to sound like a lib here, but they really had dumb protectionist policies that stifled their economy. They could have been smart about opening things up in a pro-worker way, but they fucked it up.

Roughly 200% inflation year over year lol.

The country has really low productive capacity, due to protectionist policies that limit international investment and job creation. The majority of their workforce is employed by the government, so just very little production capacity.

That's just how bad the former government was. This dude can legit make things worse and the people there will still give him a chance just to see if shit will be different.

He got inflation down, but now everyone is in poverty, unfortunately.

I cannot understand how the progressive caucus can see who Dems are putting into leadership positions, and not understand that a new party is the only way.

Dem elite think they will auto win because of Trump messing up, so they are just doing nothing now.

I know you'll never read this, and I'm sure you are surrounded by intelligent and capable people, but I think using language like "economic bill of rights" and FDR's four freedoms "Freedom of Speech. Freedom of Worship. Freedom from WANT (emphasis). Freedom from Fear" is worth considering.

We can do this. Tomorrow is the day. Do not give up early. Do not be discouraged! A close vote is what we needed here and that’s what we got.

Stay POSITIVE and PRAYERFUL and I will be working.

kind of why so many people are so easily pulled into this anti-elite sentiment. Not everyone needs or wants a college education, ya know? If they get some basic civic structural education alongside their apprenticeship program, that would likely be enough at this point.

Each episode would have to be roughly 5 hours and 15 minutes on average.

Do you ever think that maybe providing education through other means, outside of university, like in collaboration with union apprenticeship programs or something, might be a good idea? Instead of not acknowledging that we need people in positions that don't require an education from university.
