The National Assembly just now passed a resolution just now to request lifting the martial law. Out of 300 lawmakers, 192 participated, all voting 'Yes.' (I suppose many couldn't show up bc the building is blocked) Yoon *has to* immediately accept it according to the Constitution.

According to Korean constitutional law, if martial law is declared in a state of non-war, the National Assembly can vote to make the president stand it down. The National Assembly is gathering now.
