Like everything else, this is just Trump having a hissy fit because he wants revenge and he thinks his opinions should be the law, but our legal system doesn't allow for it and he hopes that if he claims he has that power, it'll make it true.

They'd even defeat them in states with anti-SLAPP laws because you'd be able to clear the hurdle of actual malice, given that every single person making the claim has seen the video, many of whom openly acknowledge that it doesn't say what they're claiming, and are willfully lying about it anyway.

District maps are meant to be redrawn at beginning of each decade and in instances where states are engaging in illegal gerrymandering, but when it's happening solely because a President commands Governors to steal seats for his Party, I would imagine it toes or crosses the line of legality.
