This new tarriff situation is gonna affect a whole lot more than foreign language films. Stopping productions set to film in Canada is actually more like a 135% or more tarriff. First he came for your bread now he's coming for your circus.

This new tarriff situation is gonna affect a whole lot more than foreign language films. Stopping productions set to film in Canada is actually more like a 135% or more tarriff. First he came for your bread now he's coming for your circus.
When Trump talks about a 100% tarrif on films made outside of the USA he is threatening a huge segment of American productions. They frequently film in Canada because the exchange rate is so high that their money goes 35% further, plus they are given tax incentives on top of that.
