It's tough. Do you let others do what you consider harm but they don't consider harm? Should one side have liberty in one area but not the other when your liberty, to them, means committing harm?
I'm personally pro-abortion and anti-conversion therapy.

Many religious groups want to outlaw abortion based on strong religious beliefs. They want to make it so licensed doctors can't provide abortions but doctors can do conversion therapy while their opponents often want the right to an abortion but restrict other people from doing conversion therapy.

If I was the former CEO of an org, but got the boot and kept pretending like I was in-charge, what could the org do to stop me? Could the person be charge with fraud, or would it only be a civil violation and they'd have to sue for money to force the person to stop?

The bigots want the ability to force kids to go through conversion therapy, against the will of the child, even though it's damaging to the child. The religious groups can already do conversion therapy, just not through licensed therapists.

Queerphobes stigmatized queer people, often based on strongly-held religious beliefs. In a pluralist democracy the courts should never side with one religion over another or use court decisions to persecute and oppress based on one group's religious preference.
