I drew this awhile ago but I've been so busy with a bigger illustration that I've forgotten about this dude. Now that project is done so I can move forward with two illustrations that involve this fish man.
Also my phone camera once again fails to properly capture the color red again.

You haven't reached peak redneck until you've built a project completely out of scrap from around your property.

This is a chicken tractor for my younger flock so they can forage and fertilize the perimeter of my garden. Built this in may during mud season and it's working perfectly.

A bog-standard dollar store baba yaga. They're highly adaptable and can thrive in almost any environment. Another example of the species. I had a lot of fun coming up with store names. In some environments with high competition, they may form symbiotic relationships that resemble an anglerfish mating pair in order to survive and potentially propagate. Others are more opportunistic and instead of spending energy to create their own exoskeleton, they will claim an empty shell of a building as home, much like a hermit crab.
