i’ve become truly obsessed with an idea for a large painting but can’t begin until I get the canvas in a few weeks. in the meantime I work on a smaller piece (still very unfinished)

People view writing as a static being, that it simply *wasn’t* and then *is*. Writing is a continuum that has both a pre and post existence of the finished text, and getting to the “finished text” is a process damaged by rigidity.

Used the word “hole” eight times drafting a 150 word paragraph, that is future me’s problem. Ironically a synonym I could be using is “shaft”.
