i’ve become truly obsessed with an idea for a large painting but can’t begin until I get the canvas in a few weeks. in the meantime I work on a smaller piece (still very unfinished)

I live between man-made lakes, tailings dams, a mine and the most beautiful temperate rainforest in the world. It is an odd juxtaposition, both beautiful and ugly.
