Not to mention that in terms of things like performing arts and other creative industries the UK punches well above its weight as well. We are good at these things, they can create jobs, we should be supporting them not belittling them.

I've written a very ranty substack about paracetamol and autism. But I'm sliiiightly worried it might cross over in to defamation. I know if I was still writing for the Guardian the lawyers would make me take out at least two lines.

But they're the best lines.

Paracetamol during pregnancy does NOT cause autism. More bollocks non-science shaming pregnant people is JUST what we don't need. We are already told what to do and what not to do so much during pregnancy (much worse in the states of course). This has made me furious tbh.
