Can Halflings be black?
I got the idea to make a halfling rogue cop/detective, and then I got inspired to base him off of characters like Shaft and Luke Cage.
I don't think I've ever seen Halflings depicted as anything other than white, with maybe the occasional tanner skintones.

The only saving grace to me constantly failing No-Death-Runs in BL2 is that every time I restart I have like 1-2 extra BAR tokens to work with.
Eventually I'll be able to brute force wins with +30% to every single stat lol.
